Terms of Service

2. Eligibility and minors

Public content may be viewed by users of any age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. The person granting permission is responsible for the minor's use of the service and any purchases.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Notify support@cvobjective.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts through automated or deceptive means.

4. What CV Objective provides

CV Objective provides AI-assisted tools for drafting and improving resumes and cover letters, reviewing documents for ATS-related considerations, saving workspace content, and exporting supported files. Features, usage limits, file formats, and availability may differ by plan and may change over time.

CV Objective is a career-document tool. It is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, legal adviser, or professional certification service.

5. AI-generated content and user review

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for a particular application. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every document before using or submitting it.

You must not present invented employers, qualifications, dates, achievements, licenses, education, metrics, or other false statements as fact. ATS scores and recommendations are estimates and do not guarantee that an employer or automated system will accept, rank, or select your application.

6. Free, Pro, and Lifetime plans

Current prices, included features, and limits are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may be added where required.

• Free: includes limited creation or export access as described in the product.
• Pro: is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
• Lifetime: is a one-time purchase granting access to the Lifetime features offered for the commercial life of the service, not the lifetime of an individual user.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe and CV Objective to charge the amount shown at checkout and, for Pro, recurring charges until cancellation.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a Pro subscription from the Billing page before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription payments and Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a charge already processed. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@cvobjective.com.

8. Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit and the documents created for you, subject to any rights held by others. You grant CV Objective and its service providers a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, transmit, process, format, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that processing it will not violate another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use CV Objective to:

• Break the law, violate another person's rights, impersonate someone, or create materially deceptive application documents.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access or usage limits, interfere with service operation, or access another user's account or content.
• Scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the service or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Submit information you are not authorized to use or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for a career document.
• Use the service in a way that violates the terms or acceptable-use rules of our third-party providers.

10. CV Objective ownership

CV Objective, including its software, interface, branding, templates, design, and original site content, is owned by Silverline Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

11. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties for AI processing, payments, analytics, hosting, authentication, security, and email delivery. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CV Objective is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, compatibility with every ATS or employer system, interviews, employment, salary outcomes, or any particular application result.

Nothing in the service is legal, immigration, financial, or professional employment advice.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable charges, or misuse the service. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

To request account deletion, contact support@cvobjective.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Silverline Technologies LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or employment decisions arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to CV Objective during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these provisions may not apply to you.

15. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these terms to reflect operational, legal, security, or product changes. We will post updated terms here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
